Why Upgrade to Coil-on-Plug?

As power and boost pressure increase, the ignition system must generate a reliable spark against significantly higher cylinder pressures. Ageing factory coils, leads and ignition components can become a limitation, resulting in misfires, spark blowout or inconsistent combustion.

Converting to individual Denso coils provides each cylinder with its own dedicated ignition coil, simplifying the ignition arrangement while providing a strong and consistent ignition source for both street and performance applications.

This makes the kit an ideal upgrade for modified 4G63-powered Evolutions, particularly vehicles running increased boost, ethanol fuels or upgraded turbocharger systems.
