At Evolution Racing Spares, we stand by our products. All products come tested for mechanical defects before sale. If you are unhappy or need assistance with your order, please contact us here.

Warranty
Used Parts - All used parts come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturer defects
New Parts - All new parts come with 12 Month Warranty

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

 You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, including:

• A problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
• The item is unsafe
• The item is significantly different from the sample or description
• The item doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed

 Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

• If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
• If the item is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

 

Please keep your proof of purchase such as your receipt.
